Of a golden gleamy colour and aromas that reveal citrus flavours. White coloured fleshy-fruits and discreet mineral notes combined, introducing an intense mouth-feel that is lasting and elegant.
Vinification:
After a careful selection of grape crops, this wine is carefully stored in a modern climate-controlled cellar, maturating on its fermentation lees (lees stirring) with the aim of adding complex aromatic notes and a solid structure.
The vinification, maturing and refining process as well as the bottling are fully and carefully performed by us.
